All About Me!

We have been very busy during our first few weeks at Nursery! We have been getting to know our new children and making new friends. The children have created their own star to add to our class Milky Way display. We used wax crayons to create interesting patterns, before painting over the top using blue water colours. We learnt that we could see the white crayon once we had painted over the top! We then stuck our photograph in the middle and added some sparkles, before putting on our display. 

We have also been learning about ourselves and describing our features. We used a mirror to study our faces and painted a self-portrait using paints and paper plates. We then used wool to create our hair. This has been a great way to discuss our similarities and differences!
