Butterflies 🐛🦋

 We have been observing our caterpillars very closely and watching them each form a chrysalis! We talked about how they could stay in the chrysalis for up to 2 weeks, and made sure to check on them every day.

Whilst we were waiting, we painted our own butterflies and guessed what our class butterflies might look like. 

After a few weeks, our butterflies finally emerged! We watched them for a little while before letting them outside to find some flowers. We have had a lovely half term!
